InfinityFlix privacy policy

Effective 25 October 2026. For privacy questions, contact infinityflix-support@agentmail.to.

On-device information

InfinityFlix stores your watchlist titles and identifiers on your device. It does not require an InfinityFlix account. Your watchlist is not sent to our catalogue server. Remove saved selections in the app or remove its local data through device controls. Device backups are governed by your Apple settings.

Catalogue, suggestions and artwork

Your selected country, search text and discovery filters are sent to our Vercel-hosted catalogue API to provide results and suggestions. Requests include technical information such as IP address, time and connection details for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The server requests titles and availability from the Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night. Poster images load from its servers, which receive your device’s network request information. Opening an availability link takes you to an external page governed by that service’s privacy policy.

Searches, feature requests and technical logs

Search terms, requests for discovery or picks, selected catalogue country and filters, and technical request information may be retained in service logs for operation, security and troubleshooting. Request information is not anonymised before collection and may be linked through network identifiers such as IP address. These data are used for app functionality, not advertising or cross-app tracking. Watchlist data stays on your device.

YouTube trailers

When you choose to find a trailer, our server searches YouTube using the selected title and year. The server-held API credential is not sent to your device. In version 4.0.0 build 11 and later, a matched trailer opens externally in the YouTube app or your system browser. InfinityFlix does not load an embedded YouTube player in these builds. After you leave InfinityFlix, Google/YouTube receives connection and playback information under its own policies. Earlier test builds may have used an embedded player. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Accounts, advertising and analytics

The current app does not sell subscriptions, display ads or include an advertising or behavioural analytics integration. It does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone. Infrastructure providers may retain technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Support

If you email us, we receive your email address and information you choose to send. AgentMail hosts the support mailbox. We use the message to respond and resolve issues. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Purposes and retention

Local selections provide the features you request. We process necessary technical and support information to operate and secure the service and respond to enquiries. We do not sell it or use it for cross-app advertising. Watchlist data remains locally until removed, subject to backups. Support mail is retained as needed to handle the request and related obligations; infrastructure log retention varies by provider.

Providers and international processing

Vercel, Movie of the Night, Google/YouTube and AgentMail may process information outside your country. We do not claim that information remains only in the UK. See Vercel, Movie of the Night, Google and AgentMail for their information.

Your rights

Contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. We may need to verify and locate a request. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local authority.
